Bitter-sweet mamahood :)(

While I clean up the playroom, your little cars and trucks, big dolls, blocks, kitchenette & long trains, tool boxes..

They apparently are staring away, desperately awaiting you, for a fun get together again, jump, play, be a part of all the mess…

Chefs, handymen, mommy daddy, doctors, musicians, astronauts.. you’ll be all you want in your imagination..

In a few hours when you’ll be back from school, this little world will again be full of life.. it’ll be a new creation..

But they say a day will come soon, when these toys, this playroom will not seem real to you..

Years shall pass and your dreams to be what you really want will come true..

The toys will eventually stop missing you… or maybe not..

But you sure won’t think about the little racing cars, critters or even your favorite dancing robot..

There’ll be no chasing you with a spoon more of food, a sip more of juice, playing tag or swings to push…

There won’t be any mess to clean up or bath toys to wash..

It’d be a roaring silence when this childhood would say bye…

As the clock would just tick by years, my little children would be all grown up.. oh my my..

Dedicated to my little children, with all my love

  1. It is beautiful. The large playroom full of big small toys children all around Gugu Mithi, Gagi Mithu busy and moms filling their mouths as they forget they are hungry. We both remember the days you two were playing with dolls or stethoscopes which became your life later on.
God bless all of you and these children play with real toys in their successful lives. Blessings. Mapapa.
