Thanksgiving turkey,
Mashed yam with gravy 
While some brine, some baste
Spice it up we, to our taste
delicacies plenty
And count we blessings many!!

Stuffing and marshmallow pudding
Pear-walnut salad with Sherry dressing
Appetizers, entrees, desserts 
Spread delicious,
Corn dogs, potato wedges,
Field greens and dried cranberries
May thanks today we give 
And pray for no one to starve!!

Today feast we with our loved ones,
family, and close friends..
Cheese crumbles, sliders, traditional garnishes,
Pumpkin pies, lemon-raspberry tartolettes
We make the time out to break bread together
And for the joys of our life thankful we are
May no one be deprived of love or be lonely,
Pray we for everyone to call someone family!!
